  • Developed a custom chatbot using LlamaIndex, Claude, and OpenAI APIs, integrating internal knowledge bases, agents and internal APIs to automate customer support.
  • Developed and deployed an OCR automation framework using AWS Textract, reducing manual claims processing workload by 70%.
